Cancellations and Refunds
After an order has been processed, we generally aren’t able to cancel the order or issue a refund. However, if you’ve received a bad / expired Product, we will process full refund / replacement. Please contact us for specifics.
Discounts for first-time orders can only be applied once per household. If this rule is violated once, you can either pay the remainder of the order value and receive the order or have the order canceled and be refunded the order value except for a 50% violation/restocking fee.
